For a start – an online calculator can’t answer all the questions you may have about getting a home loan. In addition, these calculators are unable to factor in most of your personal circumstances. Nor can they factor in many important lender rules and criteria.
This means that the figures given to you by an online calculator probably aren’t accurate. They also won’t tell you if you’re actually eligible for the home loan deal they’re advertising.
Comparison calculators may appear to offer you an array of choices. They may claim to tell you which bank is cheapest, or which will lend you the most. But they too can be wildly inaccurate.
