- In First things first - Steps before applying for finance, Why use a broker - what we can do for you
Recently, there’s been a lot of focus on how mortgage brokers choose the lender for each of their clients. People are rightly concerned over what influences these choices. So at Bee Finance Savvy, we’d like to make our process crystal clear.
How we choose the lender right for you
First of all, we have a obligation free consult with every client, to assess their needs and situation. This lets us work out what our clients are looking for in a home loan. We’ll also assess their financial status, and gather information.
Through careful use of lender calculators, we’re then able to work out which lenders will approve our clients for the amount they need. Now, for some of our clients, there may be only one or two lenders that will approve them.
For example, if a client has a small deposit, or wants cash out, this can drastically reduce their choices.
If this situation arises, we explain to our customers why their choices are so limited. We also give them the facts they need to decide if the loan they’re eligible for is satisfactory to them.
But what if multiple lenders will approve a client? In this case, we’ll provide our clients with information such as interest rates, and loan features.
